Tent Rentals in Orlando

A frame tent turns a backyard, parking lot, or open field into a real venue. We rent frame tents in eight sizes across Orlando and Central Florida, from a 10x10 popup up to a 40x60 that seats 240. Every tent is delivered and installed by our crew.

What size do you need?

10x10 popup - 100 sq ft - vendor booth or shade 10x20 - 200 sq ft - seats 12 to 16 20x20 - 400 sq ft - seats 40 to 50 20x30 - 600 sq ft - seats 60 to 80 20x40 - 800 sq ft - seats 100+ 30x30 - 900 sq ft - seats [NUMBER NEEDED] 40x40 - 1,600 sq ft - seats 160, or 250 standing 40x60 - 2,400 sq ft - seats 240

Those numbers are for guests at tables. Standing receptions fit close to double. Add space for anything that isn't a guest, like a dance floor, buffet, bar, or DJ.

Need more than a 40x60? We combine tents for larger events. Two 40x60s side by side covers well past 400. Call us with your guest count and we'll work out the layout.

No center poles

All of our tents are frame tents. The structure sits around the outside, so the inside is completely open. No pole in the middle of your dance floor and no guest seated behind one.

Any surface

Grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete, or pavers. We stake on grass and dirt, and use ballast weights on hard surfaces where staking isn't allowed. Parking lots and driveways are normal jobs for us. Just tell us the surface when you call.

Last minute is fine

Booking early is better, especially for weekends in wedding and graduation season. But if your event is this weekend and you just realized you need cover, call us. We handle last-minute requests all the time.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Orlando and Central Florida with no hard boundary. If you're outside the usual area, ask and we'll quote it.
